Donavan Allen
With over a decade of hands-on real estate experience and a broker's license earned in 2020, Donavan has forged a reputation for seeing opportunity where others see obstacles. Born and raised in Central Utah, he brings an intimate understanding of markets both local and national, paired with an instinct for creative deal structuring that consistently unlocks value for investors and partners alike. A serial entrepreneur at heart, Donavan has founded and scaled multiple successful ventures, but real estate remains the throughline of his career: the arena where his vision, grit, and relentless pursuit of excellence converge.
Tyson Hansen
A Central Utah native with deep ties to the communities TGAP serves, Tyson brings a rare blend of financial acumen and boots-on-the-ground development experience to every project. With a background spanning finance, public-sector budgeting, and real estate, he applies a disciplined, numbers-driven lens to every investment decision. Tyson is hands-on across the full development lifecycle, from site selection and municipal entitlements to horizontal development, marketing, and sales, ensuring each project moves efficiently from raw ground to a finished product that creates lasting value.
Doug Monroe
Doug brings more than two decades of experience building and managing income-producing real estate, grounded in a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University. He purchased his first rental property in 2005, moved into commercial real estate in 2011, and today holds a portfolio of commercial properties both personally and in partnership. Since 2020 he has built and sold 19 spec homes and completed two subdivisions, including a 16-lot development in 2023. Doug's approach is defined by prudent risk management, rigorous financial analysis, and a long-term view of value creation, and his accounting background anchors the disciplined underwriting behind every TGAP project.
Dustin Nielsen
Dustin is a real estate developer and general contractor and the owner of Nielsen Contracting, a Utah construction company that builds more than 40 homes a year with annual volume exceeding $15 million, alongside commercial construction work. He also holds ownership stakes in several other operating businesses and maintains a portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties. With deep experience across development, construction, and investment, Dustin is actively involved in sourcing, building, and managing projects from the first day of site work to the last walkthrough. His construction expertise gives TGAP the ability to control quality, cost, and schedule on every project we build.
